Fantastic watch
My son loves this watch. Great investment and he’s loving being able to call his family as well as take photos and get picture messages
We’ve had our TickTalk 5 for just under a year and it has become an essential part of our family’s “communication plan”, keeping us in touch when and where we need to. This has been particularly important as our child increasingly desires to have more independence and the ability to range about our neighborhood. The TickTalk gives us the peace of mind we need in knowing where he is (through reliable tracking) and knowing that he has the ability to stay in touch with us whenever needed. In this way, the TickTalk also serves as our child’s introduction to the “digital lifestyle” that we are all living now. Battery life between charges is good and the watch is quite durable. Setup of the watch and the parent app was incredibly easy. Customer service is top tier, with the couple of questions that we had answered immediately (by a human, no less!). If you’ve got an energetic kid like mine (and you probably do), I would encourage you to purchase the extended warranty, it’s not that much $$ and it is so worth it. The one time we needed service, thanks to a bad fall, TickTalk honored the warranty promptly. The fact that TickTalk offers this option is fantastic and says a lot about how they stand behind their product.
The watch is as described. I’m very happy with it as there are a lot of age appropriate features. I was concerned setting it up would take someone tech savvy, however the steps were easy to follow. It provides the child a sense of security and freedom as the watch phone works incredible. I’m thankful to God in the name of Jesus for coming across this item.

TERRIBLE! Don’t waste your money!Before this watch my daughter had a Huawei that lasted years but the battery finally died and the watch got discontinued so I got this one… it’s a piece of…. !! it lasted 2 months and she didn’t even used it daily!The battery time is awful, it doesn’t last a full day of school even though she can’t access it during school hours.GPS is very inaccurate.Activity/ steps tracker is very inaccurate.The app and platform is not friendly at all. It’s awful.The calling quality is not great.It’s a kids watch but it’s not kidsproof, we dropped it from a waist height and the bottom part of the screen got black lines (it stilled worked by this time).The sim card cover broke on its own. (Saw pictures in reviews of this exact issue)Finally, due to the sim card cover not being secure enough it got wet from handwashing and went dead…just like that.So, please read my review and don’t waste your money. It’s NOT worth it. This is expensive and there’s no value in what you get.
