Fail Redemption Code method via Nvidia
Terrible experience, constantly being passed on to a new amazon support member 15+ every 1 or 2 minutes. I have just checked Reddit and apparently there are others who have been experiencing the same issue as my self trying to redeem a code via Nvidia App, error messages, pages not loading, make Edge default browser zzz. Just give me the code to input into Steam? Apparently that is too difficult. Also tried to contact Gigabyte support which dont have a live chat even though they have the option for it, slow response time, had to make 2 accounts 1 for registering the product and another for Gigabyte website?? idk why you would need 2. Nvidia customer support also terrible, most brain dead questions, soon as you get through to an agent they let you know they are also helping others along with you. Then proceed with slow responses and basic questions and every now and then they throw in a really stupid question (one you have already answered) I am actually quite speechless about this whole situation big fail all round. Here is your 1 star review much deserved, grats.

This is a review for“Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5070 WINDFORCE OC SFF 12G Graphics Card – 12GB GDDR7, 192bit, PCI-E 5.0, 2542 MHz Core Clock, 3 x DP 2.1a, 1 x HDMI 2.1b, NVIDIA DLSS 4, GV-N5070WF3OC-12GD”Purchased 18 June 2025Card is quite compact and comes with the new nvidia power connector and an adapter to connect two 8pin power cables. Its a 3 fan card and its very quite even under load.Had some major headaches getting this card to work….kept getting a black screen as soon as drivers were installed.My existing system was built in2017, a gigabyte GA-AX370-Gaming K3 motherboard with Ryzen 1700x, 16GB RAM, 650W gold PSU, Windows 10 and a 1660Ti Graphics card.I wanted to upgrade the CPU and the graphics card.I bought a AMD Ryzen 5 5500 Processor and the above 5070 graphics card.I updated the BIOS on the motherboard, went on fine. I took the old card out, fitted the new one. Turned the PC on, had power, had display. Soon as booted to windows got initial desktop then my screen went blank. Forced PC off and on, got same issue again. Soon as I get to desktop screen goes blank but PC still running.I thought it was a driver issue, restarted in safe mode with networking, removed old nvidia drivers restarted. This time booted to windows fine but soon as downloaded and installed latest nvidia drivers for this card, the screen would go blank.It was strange the way it would go blank as all the fans on my PC would ramp up to full speed.Went back to safe mode with networking, downloaded and ran Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU).Came out of safe mode, booted fine, soon as I installed nvidia drivers, PC display would go blank and all my system fans would spin full speed.I thought it was a windows 10 issue, my PC doesn’t meet specs for windows 11 so I tried to reinstall windows 10 on top of itself. Windows installation went fine until it tried to automatically download drivers, then got hit with same black screen and system fan full speed issue again.I noticed the diagnostic LED on my motherboard where lighting up indicating an issue with VGA and PSU.I thought the card might be fault, I was going to return it but then while reading the reviews, other customer reported the black screen issue. One reviewer mentioned changing the PCI-E bus to a slower speed. I thought I would give that a go before returning it.Went into the BIOS of the motherboard, it took a while to find the setting as it was in a submenu of a submenu. My motherboard would only allow PCI-E 3.0 or 1.0. I set it to 1.0 saved the changed and rebooted.After changing the PCI-E to 1.0 the PC booted into windows, I was able to install the latest nvidia drivers and the card worked….but was severely bottlenecked.On my old 1660ti I could play e.g. Warframe at 1440p at a steady 30-60fpsWith the new 5070 I could play it at around 100fps but it would sometimes dip as low as 20fps for a few seconds before shooting back up.It looks like my mobo wasn’t good enough to run the card at its full speed.I ended up buying a GIGABYTE X870 GAMING WIFI6 mobo (PCI-E 5.0), CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 6000MHz CL30 (CMK32GX5M2B6000Z30) and AMD Ryzensets 5 7600X CPU.After fitting the new parts, everything worked first time, no driver issue, no black screens. I was now getting in Warframe 250-300fps at 1440p.I have now tested the card with a variety of games e.g. warframe, elden ring, cyberpunk, monster hunter wilds. All run in excess of 60-150fps at 1440p with settings maxed out.The card runs quite and I have had no issues with stability of the card, no black screen, no overheating even on extended 7-8 hour gaming sessions.I gave the card 4/5 because it was such a pain to get it to work when I first got it.

amazing card, out performs my previous rtx 4090 by a long shot, i now get loads more fps and super smooth gameplay at 4k resolution.

Jugando a 2k perfectamente pero envidia poneros las pilas con los drivers no funciona pantallazos negros monitor loco solo he conseguido que me funcionara uno de los viejos las nuevas actualizaciones el monitor deja de funcionar pantallas negras hay q ponerse las pilas lo caras que son y q no funcione por los drivers tela..
