Non-UK mains plug
Doesn’t come with a UK 3-pin plug
Bad product, no customer support, very poor quality product
So far this works with my M2 pro mac with dual 4 tb drives raided. Fantastic speed when in software raid mode and this is why I bought this. I was hoping for fast data transfer. Speeds up to 350 MB/s write and read with the raided drives. Excellent.Somewhat flimsy design with the little doors but otherwise decent enough.Works good, decent price.

On an old machine I was getting a warning that it might fail at any time…I pulled some files to thumbdrives and purchased this device on 8/16/2025. The drive telling me it was going to fail was an old 80Gig on a refurbished computer I had purchased years ago. I didn’t see anthing thing like that available except on the used market so I picked up a couple of new 1 Terabyte inexpensive drives. I decided to try a direcect stand alone cloning with the old drive in slot 1 and the new drive in slot two. I had only one problem with the instructions where it said to keep pressing the buttion for 30 seconds…then I realized that it meant hold the button down for 30 seconds (on some devices pressing the button a number of times in a certain time limit is a command)…took at least 20 minutes to clone the drive…I had wandered off…Then I tried the cloned drive….it came up with the same error the old drive had reported….so I laughed…works great now…obviouly there is a great deal of space on the new drive I might be able to recover but the old drive had plenty of space for my purposes so I havn’t botherd yet. Pleased with the product and plan to use more of it’s features.
