PC game drive.
With games getting bigger and bigger and new releases on the way i wanted to add another storage drive for my steam collection.It was between this and the crucial p3 plus so i decided on this as i have not had any issues with corsair products in the past and you get a 5 year warranty.Not tested speeds but copying games over from one NVME drive to another was super quick.

Everything loads and saves so fast so I can move data without having to wait for ages.
Does not come with any cloning software
Docked one star for lack of any cloning software. Other than that, it is very good.

It doesn’t come with a damn screw that fixes it to mother board paid £239 and can’t use it till I’ve spent an extra £5 to get the screw to install the damn thing!!!

I paid around £190, so wait for this to fall. After Christmas would be a sensible time.Could be a lot cheaper, let’s be fair, (£130, and no more price-hikes, Amazon) but I’m truly happy after 6 weeks with this babe!I note the price fluctuations and have dropped several points for this but add 2 for the ability of this very good drive.Will buy again when it is correctly priced.

Die Bestellung wurde schnell abgearbeitet und zügig zugeschickt. Ich hatte die 4 TB NVMe SSD allerdings noch zu einem sehr guten Preis kaufen können und habe sie daher extern in ein Asus ROG Strix Arion Gehäuse verbaut. Warum das Gehäuse? Es sieht einfach geil aus und nimmt alle NVMe SSD die ich kenne. Ob 1 bis 8 TB und egal von welchem Hersteller. Im Test und in der Praxis erreiche ich Lesegeschwindigkeit von 980 MB/s schreiben noch gute 730 MB/s. Viel schneller wie jede HDD und somit das ideale Laufwerk für eine schnelle Daten Sicherung und Mitnahme für unterwegs. Nur ein Beispiel HDD Festplatte kopier Vorgang hatte 15 Minuten gedauert mit der NVMe SSD nur noch 7 Minuten. Der gleiche Dateien Satz. Ich bin mit der schreib und Lesegeschwindigkeit des Laufwerks und seiner Zuverlässigkeit auf jeden Fall sehr zufrieden. Getestet immer nur an Thunderborn 4 Anschluss oder USB 4 Anschluss des PC bzw des Laptops.
