I own an outpatient center specializing in treating kids and teens with anxiety and OCD. This book has been a wonderful addition to helping train staff on exposures and coming up with creative exposure ideas. It is easy to read and follow and I highly recommend it!
I purchased this book as I run an intensive outpatient program for teens, and our DBT staff is working on improving our skills with exposure therapy. I wasn’t sure if the content would be too young; it is not! The specific recommendations are easily adaptable for middle/high school aged clients.
