Great piece of equipment!
Works great!I’ve used this for both gaming and office work, 120hz feels so smooth when working with office work! I don’t like the feel of 60hz anymore.For gaming this rips through and comes up with a max of 144hz and in my case this might be limited to 120hz due to Xbox Series X limitations.The curved screen feels better and graphics are good too! I did not notice any ghosting / low brightness at all. No issues with graphics at all after using it for most days for good few months!Limitations / Drawbacks:Apologies as I never realised that monitor stand had tilt screws that had to be loosen up for it to tilt. I’ve attached photos for the tilt screws above.The only possible drawbacks if I must say would be that there is only 1 HDMI cable which is not really great but it does the job. Just so you know (not a drawback), there is no speakers in this monitor and needs to be connected externally.Hope this helps! Happy gaming!
A gamer’s delight!
Bought as an upgrade from my Odyssey G3, this monitor is absolutely delight to work with.Great sharp picture quality, very responsive, and amazing contrast. I use this with an AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT and freesync.Bought in time for Starfield, and it looks stunning. Also DOOM ETERNAL… especially with in game HDR enabled too. Totally recommend. Also really good to watch The Expanse on.I did try it with stand, it is solid and very sturdy. However I have VESA mounted mine to work with my studio set up.
A gem for gaming
This Monitor is perfect for gaming at 1440p.I love everything about it from the design to the vibrant colours it displays while gaming.This is for the best monitor I’ve ever had.The price compared to other brands is unbeatable Samsung have really topped the market with these Odyssey monitors.
Amazing jump of quality from any 1080p monitor
Use this as a main monitor, it really helps bring the vibrant colours out using the NVIDIA control panel and is also easy on the eyes for close FPS gaming. I want another for my 2nd monitor, but it can be quite pricy. wait for a sale or splash out, either way, it is worth it.
What not to like
I Purchased 2 of these on Amazon day as as i had just purchased a new GPU , i have mine mounted on a double mount and i have to say that i am well impressed .The only groan i may have is as others have mentioned the thick black line around the display – but after using them for a few weeks i have got used to that

Extremely fragile
I bought this to use with my PS5, as I actually prefer a smaller screen when gaming, as opposed to a TV.The colours and performance were great, although I was disappointed by the lack of built-in speakers. The curve was interesting, but overall I thought it is just a gimmick as I can’t say it actually enhanced my experience in any way. Really, you don’t even notice a difference during gameplay.The biggest downside to the curve is how fragile it makes the monitor. As you can see from the picture, it cracked on a simple touch while moving it to dust my desk. (Excuse the complete lack of technical terms) The “outermost layer” of the screen is completely intact and smooth, so something underneath must have broken. Again, there was no impact or anything, just a simple touch. Googling this, I found many cases of incidents with this monitor, which looks frighteningly similar – I guess I should have done more research into curved monitors before purchasing.This type of damage is not covered by warranty, so there’s nothing for me to do, but buy a new monitor – definitely not curved this time. Don’t make the same mistake! I had it for less than a year.
Brilliant quality
This monitor is brilliant price for what you get, very easy to set up and change settings, screen is very clear and colours are very vibrant
