Good book!A very comprehensive book… with detailed information about the platform… useful for answering any questions you may have about Salesforce…

My family

Seems when I want to look something up …. it’s not in the book. It did serve as a good introduction. Wrote it off as a business expense.

I have found this to be a very well organized, extensive, and helpful guide for preparing for the Salesforce Administrator Certification exam.Lightning is referenced in several areas of the book; in addition, there is a complete chapter on Lightning Experience which covers differences between Classic and Lightning, benefits of migrating to Lightning, transitioning to Lightning, and more.Be sure to utilize Amazon’s “Look Inside!” feature on this page and view the complete table of contents.

This is a thick book. I was surprised. There is a ton of information in it, however, it’s mostly outdated since it is written for Salesforce Classic. With that said, there is good information on how the Salesforce system works and that’s one reason I think it’s “okay” to have on the shelf. Hopefully, it will be updated to conform to Lightning Experience.

This book is a very helpful tool to have by your side. It is there to help with any issues you may be having along your way in Salesforce. Excellent Purchase
