Bought this for my husband for his hand held PlayStation, and he loves it! His hands never get tingly anymore

It’s does what it states, which the latching mechanism was a bit better but it’s not bad.
This thing got advertised to me for freaking ages. Honestly I was getting kinda sick of it. But I got I Steam Deck and, after trying some bed-table/lap desks that really didn’t work, I finally tried it. I’m glad I did, it’s a small beanbaggy cushion rather than how it might look in the picture, so it fits stably and comfortable on my chest/stomach while I lie on my back and play
Update: Upon the second use, less than 12 hours of owning it, the sub-3d printer plastic used for these ghastly overpriced items FUSED the teeth of the head assembly together so there’s no way to even get it off anymore or loosen/tighten it.The plastic could not even withstand a 1 lb weight of a tablet.Prior to the break, I put a pillow case on it and tried to use it with a phone but even with a lightweight device the head and arm (which is about half as long as it needs to be) can only ever be too loose or too tight.I have put up with absurd design flaws from this company for a while, paid too much for products that consistently underdeliver, but this is unforgivable.- – -I buy this by mistake and try to cancel the package, but it immediately “ships” so it cannot be cancelled. I have to ship it back at my expense if I want a refund. Ugh.Anyways, the pillow itself is very odd. Made of some polyester material that is incredibly itchy, and I Hope to God I will not get hives. No breathability whatsoever.Very short, about the same height as laying something on your chest close up, but from slightly farther away. This is Apple levels of redundant for an obscene price for what you end up getting.Arm is very tight and the head is very loose so any adjustments usually involve the item being ripped off the arm. There’s no setting on the arm with the Allen wrench that totally alleviates this.Trying this with the too-weak magsafe adapter lead to a frustrating benny hill sketch starring me for ten minutes before gave up and realized the arm somehow is more stable backwards than the intended way.Trying with the switch 2 I find that at its best this is the same comfort as just resting the device on my stomach with a tenth of the convenience, $100 more expensive, and a terrible feeling on my skin wherever this fabric touches. Whoever is laughing at this sketch, it isn’t me.The adapter on the base for a phone or battery pack requires another accessory not included. It’s a miracle the head for the arm and an Allen key is included (though it had only two settings “immobile” and “falls off”) at this point.No instructions for how to take the pillow off to wash it.This would be an instant return if the company wasn’t a bit too clever in their “anti-return policy.” Perhaps this attention could have been made into product design instead.At least it looks nice. Light too. Minimal effort needed to shove this in the corner of the room to never be used again.
