A neat twist on keeping cables tidy.
This is one of those products which, once you have tried it, you wonder how you ever did without it. It’s a blisteringly simple idea, and it certainly does the job. I use it to keep my computer speaker and mains cables tidy and it has made a huge difference. It can be a little bit fiddly to use, until you have worked out how to gently twist the plastic around the cables. Once you’ve done that, you’re away. Whoever invented this stuff did all us cable geeks a huge favour. Thoroughly recommended and I will buy more.
Good idea, just not for me.
Nice idea, and if my cabling wasn’t so bad it would have been very useful. Unfortunately the bundle of cables is just that big that although it did contain them all it did not look any better than leaving them as they are while making it even harder to do anything with them, plus the possibility of cross talk between the multiple power leads and data cables if very close together.One of the problems is the default lengths of most mains cables plus the as per norm length of data cables if supplied with kit plus at least one aerial feed.Going to keep my eyes open to see what presents itself.

Simple alternative solution to running multiple cables under flooring or along skirting boards.
I renovated my house, but didn’t think about cable routing. Only a few systems in my house are properly wireless, and the main problem area is the living room. I love the clean look of that room, with wood flooring, feature skirting boards, and a bright finish…but the wiring in one of the corners is a mess. Or it WAS a mess.Now, it’s all tidy, with just one white tube (spiral wrap) on show. I must admit it looks a little odd, and my wife isn’t totally sold, but I much prefer this tidy solution to the multi-coloured mass of grey, black and white wires.The product is a bit like the plastic bindings sometimes used to make booklets, but this is much heavier grade material. It does not have the brittle feel I had expected, which is a big positive.Installation took a few seconds to figure out, and just a few minutes to complete (unlike ducting) and you only need a pair of scissors to cut to size. I also like how easy it is to have wires leaving the tube at relevant places.Cost wise, maybe a bit expensive for what it is, but I would have had to pay a lot more for more complicated solutions, and I don’t feel ripped off at all as this product works so well. Five stars, no hesitation. See the pictures for a better idea.
OK, but the “40mm” claim is a bit optimistic
This kind of cable wrap works pretty well for bundling up loose cables, and looks pretty tidy compared to the alternatives. However, its diameter before wrapping is about 12mm, and the claim that it can accommodate bundles up to 40mm is a bit optimistic. I mean, it probably _will_ manage this, if you have the strength and patience to try it. And I doubt that the cables will move if you manage to get the wrap applied. However, I would suggest that 20mm-25mm is a more realistic maximum capacity.
Does what it is supposed to do. Quick and easy
Purchased the cable tidy in order to tidy up the cables hanging from my home router which were looking untidy.Within an hour of receiving the cable tidy, I had fitted it to my router cables and they now look 100% better than before. Easy to use and and cut as needed. I highly recommend this product

Appears good quality.Used to tidy and protect a bunch of small 12V cables at the hinge of a switch box on a boat (where switches are mounted on the front of the box and cables come from its fixed structure).

No tiene mucho misterio el producto, ayuda a tener todo más ordenado y estético cuando tienes muchos cables, como en mi caso con TV, barra de sonido, PS4, cables de red, etc…Montarlo para que quede bien lleva algo de tiempo, pero luego queda bien fijado, y el plástico se ve resistente y duradero.
Super produit permettant de rassembler les câbles et éviter de se prendre les pieds dedans. Je recommande fortement cet article qui est de bonne facture.
