Ian

Does the job
Nice light switch, easy to fit

Mac

Switched easily
This fitting was exactly the same as the one being replaced therefore pretty straight forward. Nice brushed steel finish, looks good and doesn’t mark with fingers touching it.

Amazon Customer

Look great and works fine so far.

Quality is below average
Easy to fit but the quality is not what in the picture hope it will last, just okay for a quick fix but it is compatible to my wirings.

Works well, looks good and easy to fit.
Overall: Easy to fit and works well. Some slight blemish to the overall finish but it really is slight.Disclaimer: I generally don’t know what I’m doing. Honestly, I really don’t. I am not an electrician. I have a screwdriver and thats about it! If you are in the same situation, hopefully this helps you and sets your mind at ease.Packaging and Postage: Packaged well as you would expect.First Impressions: Good. I honestly meant it when I said I don’t know what Im doing. This is a switch. It looked like the pictures and the rotating dimmer knobs (?!) turned smoothly and freely with a nice amount of resistance to them.Design: This is the only blemish to this item. The grain so to speak on the dimmers is not inline on both. As in there is a slight flow of the chrome that catches the eye from light, and it seems like they don’t quite line up. If this sounds petty and minor, its because it really is. It is such a small point that it really doesn’t matter. I just noticed it and its the sort of thing that I am now aware of. I swear I don’t have OCD. I really don’t! And yes, this was with them both turned all the way up or down.Use: In terms of installation I had a two gang simple white light switch there already. If you have no clue, the 2-gang simply means 2 switches. Changing the switches was simple. Turn of the power. Unscrew the old switch and unscrew the wire. Match the wire to the new terminals (clearly marked). Screw the new switch back in. I would suggest being careful as a metal screwdriver scrapping over this would mark it, and that would be a shame!Longevity: Well its a switch! It has been switched on, then off, then on again. A lot. Each day. I would be amazed if it failed, it isn’t really a taxing action. Having said that, nothing has gone wrong and the dimmer function is still as smooth as ever.
