This monitor wall mount is very sturdy, good quality and perfect design for a wall mount. Love it
I don’t write a lot of reviews, but this one deserves some love. This wall mount was perfect for my needs! I wanted something for the exam rooms of a busy, but space-limited vet clinic. I needed it to be standing height adjustable for a range of individuals, but I needed the ability to lift the unit up and away when space is needed underneath with the patients (mainly large dogs). I used Elo touch screens and micro-tower computers and, as you can see, everything is working splendidly. The mount anchor is surprisingly small considering how heavy the unit is, but it all seems to work out with the counterbalance. Kudos to the engineers on this one. Also, the unit is just plain solid. Obviously very well constructed out of high quality materials. There were dry wall mounts for the bolts included which, after having installed two of them, seem like a bad joke. These babies need a stud and a strong one IMO. One of the units either did not come with the covers for the wall anchor or my contractor accidentally threw it away. If StarTech could send a replacement cover I would be super duper happy and may even order a few more for the other 6 businesses I manage IT for. Cheers and thanks for the super high quality product.
I chose this mount after looking at dozens of other ones. The cost is more than the others but now that I have it I realize the reason. There are no limitations in the movement to the left, right, up or down and there are adjustments to how easily all of the arms move. I wasn’t exactly sure how I would need it to move in my exam room (veterinary office) so I needed flexibility. They put functionality into every aspect of design. If you are in any setting where you need a computer mount that is sturdy, flexible and you have a desire to have the screen and keyboard move in independent directions, then I highly recommend this product. It is worth every dollar you spend!
I don’t think worth its price. Even if cannot hold which is main function. Find out this issue after installing, return this and buy another one is time consuming.
