My favourite manufacturer.
I am very much a fan of Samsung products and have a 65″ Samsung S90 OLED TV, Samsung Galaxy A15 Smart Phone, Samsung B6 Sound Bar and now this excellent Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Laptop.It arrived yesterday withing 24 hours of being ordered and took only a couple of hours to setup. Compare this to the 8 hours of turgid time wasting from the Laptop I returned the day before, the name of which I will not reveal. One section of the OS setup which took the rejected Laptop 2 hours was completed by this within 15 minutes.It is now fully setup, all my programs, AVG Suite particularly, are installed and I am now a very happy man.I can fully recommend this product.

Laptop excellent, seller beware warehouse deals
This laptop was bought as a warehouse deal.Beware buying such deals: Laptop is fine but setting up thought it strange on Edge was showing Blackpool as my location, I am nowhere near Blackpool. Arrived 5 pm set up basics left it at that. Next afternoon’s turned laptop email from my internet provider saying – please verify account, as a lot of activity taking place. On checking installed apps, remote camera from before I set up laptop was still installed. This person had screenshots of my laptop. Luckily there was nothing major but I did go onto my internet provider web page. Amazon besides saying would pick up laptop were basically unhelpful.

Life saver (well more job saver).
Frustratingly I left my work laptop at home so needed something quick. I ordered this late one evening and was with me early the next day. Good value for money, lightweight, and a good quality display. As with all the Samsung items I have it works really well and a great screen size. Did not take long to setup and get going, it was a life saver.
