The best printer ive ever purchased. Quick to set up, easy to use. Any help I need they are happy to help me straight away. Absolutely amazing service as always. These guys go above an beyond. The consumables are the best out there, I never ever have a complaint from any of my customers. Such great quality, and I’m really happy I made the choice to purchase a procoloured DTF printer. The absolute best!!!

I have an procoloured Epson L1800, it is an Excellent printer, runs really smoothly. After sales service team, especially Catherine helped me enormously with any questions I had.Would not hesitate to recommend procoloured.
Great printer
This printer does exactly what it is supposed to do, print quality is fantastic. I had a small set up problem that was easily and quickly resolved by the engineer.If you are looking for a DTF printer, I would definitely recommend this.I had a cheaper one in the past that was nothing but trouble, so worth paying a little more for piece of mind and trouble fee printing.
Should have bought on years ago
Absolutely love it!! Took a bit of getting used to how to operate & print. Setup was easy after waching supplied dongle, tutorials are good but did everything a bit quick to follow. Watched it a few times to get the gist. A bit of messing about protecting print heads from clogging if not used everyday.

Impresora de muy buen resultado, pero siempre y cuando se haga unos procesos de mantenimiento diarios.Ya hace 9 meses que la tango y cuando trabaja bien estoy muy contento. El problema biene de hace 2 meses que debo realizar limpiezas de cabezal y extraccion de tinta blanca constantemente.Otro problema es el servicio técnico, que iran cambiando las indicaciones segun les convenga ejemplo: cuando compre la impresora y tuve el primer problema con el fondo balnco me indicaron que como mucho no podía estar sin imprimir 2dias, ayer me indican que debo realizar una limpieza de cabezales antes y despues de imprimir y realizar 2 impresiones por dia ¿?Tras este problema y tener que comprar diferentes materiales para su mantenimiento, el servicio tecnico, me da la sensación que se les escapa un poco el trato con una persona no técnico, ya que todas las indicaciones son via chat. Y deberían entender que deberían facilitar mas información de procesos y mas transparencia desde el minuto 1.Si la van hacer funcionar diariamente es una muy buena opcion, para impresión ocasional no la aconsejo.Espero que les haya servido la opinión.
I purchased this product in Sep 2024. Nearly one year I had a connectivity issue and contacted customer support who in turn connected me with technical support within minutes. Tech Support (Lucas) worked with me to resolve my issue within 5-10 minutes. The purchasing, shipping, receiving and technical support by Procolored thru Amazon was superior.

Machine parfaite livraison rapide et le service après vente parfait. Malgré le décalage horaire
Venivamo da una stampante diretta su tessuto che faceva anche stampa dtf, ma che ci stava dando problemi. Abbiamo così deciso di sostituirla con una stampante dtf, ma essendo una piccola ditta non volevamo spendere una cifra troppo alta. Così ho iniziato a informarmi sia presso i nostri fornitori che guardando su YouTube le recensioni di stampanti dtf di piccolo formato e sono venuta così a conoscenza della Procolored, l’unica che avesse recensioni da parte degli acquirenti ed erano recensioni tutte ottime. Dopo essere stata per un mese in contatto con Michael che gentilmente ha risolto tutti i nostri dubbi e ci ha dato molti consigli, abbiamo scelto il modello e proceduto all’ordine. La stampante arriva in una cassa di legno con chiusure di metallo, imballata alla perfezione ed è dotata di due chiavette USB che contengono il Rip di stampa e i video tutorial. Da subito siamo stati messi in contatto tramite Skype con l’equipe di tecnici che ci ha seguiti passo passo e abbiamo così avviato la stampante. A distanza di 3 mesi, possiamo dire che è una stampante di ottima qualità, le stampe vengono perfette. Qualche problemino con l’inchiostro bianco (come tutte le stampanti dirette e dtf), ma nulla che non si risolva con qualche pulizia della testina. Il software è pratico ed intuitivo. Quando ho qualche dubbio Michael è ancora a disposizione per aiutarmi, lui così come lo staff di tecnici su Skype. L’assistenza post vendita è una cosa che potrebbe sembrare scontata, ma no, non lo è. Noi di Licol Art siamo rimasti davvero contentissimi di aver scelto la L1800 e non possiamo fare altro che consigliare questa ditta che tra l’altro dispone di vari modelli di stampanti in base alle esigenze che si hanno. Spero che questa recensione possa esservi d’aiuto nella scelta della vostra stampante dtf 😊
