Fitting difficulties
This sink only just fits in an 80cm cabinet. What they don’t tell you is the sink dimensions given dont include the lugs welded onto to the perimeter at the top that are used to fix the sink down to the worktop. Once you have dropped the sink down there is no room with an 80cm cabinet to get your hands in to put in the fasteners (supplied) that pull it down onto the worktop. The sink trap supplied is completely unsuitable for the British market as the thread on it is a different size to that used in British plumbing. The only solution in fitting this sink was to buy a stainless steel trap for a British sink and fit that. The other thing i notice is there is no overflow on the sink, which is normal on British sinks. Better to fit this to an 100cm cabinet so you would have a bit more room as there is not much of the cabinet left after cutting it for pipes, the sink etc. Unfortunately in my case there was only room for an 80 cm cabinet.
I recently upgraded my kitchen with the Lordear 33″ Drop-In Workstation Sink, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. This sink not only enhances the look of my kitchen but significantly improves functionality as well. The 16-gauge stainless steel construction is impressively sturdy and feels incredibly durable. It’s clear that this is a high-quality, handmade product designed to last. The brushed finish resists fingerprints and water spots nicely, making it easy to keep clean and looking sharp. One of the best features is the integrated workstation design. The included cutting board fits perfectly and glides smoothly across the sink, saving counter space and making meal prep much more efficient. The single bowl is deep and spacious enough to handle large pots and pans with ease, which is a big plus for anyone who cooks frequently.Installation as a topmount sink was straightforward, and it fit seamlessly into the existing cutout. It also came well-packaged with all the necessary accessories, which made the whole process smooth and hassle-free.In short, the Lordear workstation sink is a stylish and highly functional centerpiece for any kitchen. It offers great value for the quality and features provided.Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5)
I had to make my hole bigger, so I used the template the sink came with. I did have to redo my drain underneath and figure out which way it would work. Luckily everything went fairly smoothly, and everything works as it should. For the sprayer weight, I used a stretchy thing and a key ring. Check out the video.
I like the accessories that come with . Good width and depth , the only thing is it scares easily if you want to avoid it you have use it with the rack that comes with it( w is easy to use.

Bought this so we could replace our kitchens massive cast iron / porcelain two-bowl sink. We are finishing up a self-made kitchen remodel. After demolishing the original tile countertops, and the concrete and plywood below the tile, I put down 2 layers of plywood as underlayment for the pending quartz countertops. Because this is a top mount, rather than an undermount, we were able to install it temporarily into the new plywood. Last week, after several months, I pulled it out long enough for the quartz install, and dropped it into the quartz right after. Not as pretty as an undermount, but far more functional for a DIY dad.The sink is great, but being as big as it is, the bottom is huge with little slope. Might have been better to get the one with the drain hole off to one side instead of right in the middle. The huge drying rack covering the entire bottom protects the finish from scratches, but it can be a pain when trying to clean, or move scraps and debris toward the garbage disposal opening. This came with only two holes punched for faucets, etc, but I found a great hole saw on Amazon and was able to drill two more, for a total of four, to accommodate Faucet, Soap dispenser, Dishwasher vent, and a secondary water tap for the Reverse Osmosis filter. So far, we love it.
