Stable cable pcie 5.0
Tried 2 riser cables before this one claiming to be pcie 5. They didn’t work . I’m glad I paid that little but extra for this one, no problems at all on the 50 series GPUs. Great purchase. 20 cm is ample to place the GPU vertically.

Works Great with my Aorus Master RTX 5090. Tested with and without riser, no loss in performance, no crashes.Set up PCI to be seen as Gen5 from bios. No problems so far.

Bought to use the riser fitment in my case, and it works well. No issues with speed, and is compatible with PCI 5.0 when I need it.My only issues are it’s a little expensive, and one end of the PCI socket took several attempts to fit as it just kept slipping away from the screw.Apart from that it does its job.
Expensive but works
I have just built a gaming PC with a gigabyte x870and a 9070xt.I bought 2 pcie 5 riser cards priced at £33. Did not work.Off the back of the review I purchased this one. Yeah it’s more expensive than the first 2 I bought, but the joy and relief of plugging it in and an imaging appearing through the displayport on my monitor.Buy this one, forget the cheaper risers
Cheap thrash, brittle and SO POORLY made. AVOID THESE CABLES AT ALL COSTS
Cable is so badly made that the housing for the slot actually split when inserting the video card. No reinforcement and the slot itself on the female end is flexible to the extent that you can bend it with mild pressure from your fingers. No lock mech either on the female end, which is a terrible omission. The plastic used is so cheap that it cannot withstand the pressure of the card insertion and splits rather than grip the board edge. There’s also a distinct lack of flex in the cable itself, more plastic than rubber making it brittle also. Do not buy this brand of cable under any circumstances, possibly the worst I have ever seen in 30 years of building PCs! Genuinely a terrible effort.

I bought this to replace my existing PCIe 4.0 Lian Li bracket slot to enable PCIe 5.0 for a RTX 5090 GPU.Works great, correct stats shown in GPU-Z and no performance issues from 3 days of testing it .If you’re looking to upgrade to PCIe 5.0 then don’t hesitate to buy this.
Better quality than rog 4th gen equivalent
Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this, wanted a white one to match the colour of the case but it’ll be behind the card anyway. Previously had a pop at supplier for delivery but that was due to Amazon messaging me that I would have to wait another 3 days so again Pleasantly surprised that it turned up the following morning, like I said fantastic quality
First one I ordered wasn’t the same brand as advertised and had screw holes located in the wrong spot. 2nd one I ordered was the right brand but came with a broken clip to secure the GPU.

The final component for my new build. They were sold out of the 15cm version so I bought the 20cm one instead. With the RTX 5090 Aorus Master mounted vertically you can’t see the extra 5cm anyways. Lian Lis vertical GPU bracket only has a gen 4 riser. The AsRock X870E NOVA wifi 7 motherboard supports Pcie 5 so I grabbed this link up riser. Only ones in the market I know doing them.
You will be future proof with pcie 5.0 support. Take it and enjoy it
