The 1U universal rails are designed to support most Servers in a rack without the need to mount them directly. They fit standard 19″, 23″ and 30″ 4-post racks, and both depth and width can be adjusted. The rails are made from cold rolled steel and finished with black power coating. They occupy 1 RU of rack space. M6 screws and cage nuts are included for mounting onto rack or cabinet.

The work fine in my rack to hold a new server I just built.They come with the parts to mount it in a standard rack, if you have one like mine that has predrilled holes… you will need to use your own screws. This rack is adjustable.For the price, it is a good value.

The quality of the product seems fine, but I bought this specifically because it advertised a minimum mounting depth of 16″ – even 18″ would have been fine. However, the stated measurements are completely off and unusable in my enclosed network cabinet.Minimum mounting depth should really be stated as 20″+. Just the shelf portion alone is 18″, and then the bracket extends past that another 2″.
It can support two servers 40 KG easily.
These rails were exactly what I needed. They aren’t super heavy duty but they are more than enough for my servers which only weigh about 60lbs each without the drives and about 90lbs with the drives inserted.The old rails I was using before were way to narrow and caused me to have a few accidents sliding machines into place. These are much wider and the machines can not slip out of track so it’s much safer for me and for my servers.So far I’ve bought five sets of these rails but I plan to buy more and get rid of all the old, narrow rails.The only thing I would wish for is that they be a bit deeper but for the price they are still excellent for what I need. They get the job done and safely at that. I like them and will buy more in the future.
