Great printing machine. I am not an expert but it is the best machine I have every had
Great excellent quality printer which comes with reasonably long cartidges.
Great excellent quality printer which comes with reasonably long cartidges.Unfortunately, after setup, it kept disappearing from my wifi network.. I downloaded the app but i doubt if it helped.Dropped out occasionally for about a month – often it important times. I spent several hours trying to resolve it. Not sure what I did but it has been stable now with only one drop out in a month.
Really good printer
Prints really well. Setting up not really a problem. I had a few issues getting it set up as a default printer on my new laptop. That was because the latest Windows OS is different to the one I’m used to. No problems on my husband’s old laptop.

Unable to source and toner cartridges and it is going through cartridges very fast including colours even when printing mostly black and whiteThe print quality is good, the printer is fast. But it is extremely toner hungry and the replacement toners are almost impossible to source

Really happy with this good quality printer. Good quality print from a relatively small printer neatly tucked out the way. Don’t know how long the provided toner is going to last because to buy the toner cost as much as the printer! At least I knew this before I purchased because I don’t use a printer all that often I’m hoping it’s going to last longer than an ink printer where the ink just dries up and spend more time cleaning than printing.
Connection issues are too annoying.
It’s a nice printer, though it is a bit louder than my last one and I think it’s a good price.What made me lol was that the toners cost almost as much as the printer itself at approx £100ish per colour.What made me grr grr grr was that Despite downloading the suggested apps and setting it up for wireless printing, it wouldn’t.In the end I had to return it because not only couldn’t I get it to do wireless printing, each time I’d turn it on I’d have to reconnect it to my network from scratch which became just too annoying to tolerate. I’ve seen that a few others have posted about having connection issues, but for the majority it works fine.It’s worth the money if you don’t have the connection issues.

Good quality printing, problem with W11 recognition
Great printer, so far. Clear crisp prints with pretty good photo represenation.Yet to see how expensive it is to run in terns of cartridges, etc.Problem with W11 recognition: unfortunately, although it is listed in my programs like Chrome, Edge, Word, Excel, and prints from them, it doesnt appear in W11 Settings, Printers and Scanners. Even after ‘adding’ it via its IP address, and W11 reporting it found! It means I can’t see the documents Print Queue. I’ve spent too long trying to sort this.I’ve not tried Wireless connectivity.

El producto no puedo decir que sea malo, pero la información era confusa, antes de comprarla intenté cerciorarme de que tenía escaner y una vez en casa, pude comprobar que no lo tenía. La configuración no fue precisamente sencilla, sobre todo por el tiempo que perdí intentando bajar los controladores del escaner y hacer la fallida instalación. Solo Chat GPT me informó de que no tenía función de escaner, aunque la propia página del producto, me aseguraba que si.
