Far too verbose and pervaded by tautology.
Pervaded by pleonasm (using far too many words than are necessary to convey meaning) and tautology (saying the same thing over and over in different words). I thought I was reading an essay from a student who was just filling our pages to hit a word target. It is in some sense useful but only a few pages and the whole thing could be condensed into less than 10 pages. A bit if a waste of money and time reading all the verbose pages. The book is also just a scanned pdf it does not interact fully with kindle features like text sizeThere are probably far better books on this topic.
