Peace of mind when running cable across pavement
seems sturdy and protects a cable nicely whilst being easily visible for any pavement users that might trip on a cable if it is not covered properly.the length covers the distance from my property boundary to the curb nicely.There was a slight curl to one end, but a little flex in the opposite direction and it lays nice and flat
Great Cable Protector but Needs an Adhesive
I use this to house three gaming usb cables which would otherwise cause a risk of tripping and falling! I like the yellow warning stripes, the ease of cutting to length required and the rejoining pins however I needed to use velcro to make it stick to my tiles!
Works perfectly
Not the cheapest option but it works perfectly. It is very sturdy and the yellow strips help it stand out from the driveway so as to help avoid trips. That said, it lies flat and is quite heavy so I am not sure there is a significant trip hazard – but better be safe than sorry.
Saved me a Trip down the shops!
Fits the pavement outside my front door perfectly-so I can charge my car battery. Saves tripping pedestrians up and suing you!
Great – Little to no memory
My experience of these types of protectors has always been poor. This one however, defied my expectations. This has very little “memory” so if like me you roll them up for storage, they will still lie flat when you need them to.

Got to make sure your cables fit, little unsturdy and likes to flip over if not straight.

Purchased to protect a small diameter armoured cable laid across a path – IUntil the summer comes and the cable can be buried – it is used to prevent a trip hazard – it’s been in place 6 weeks and so far so good
Perfect for the workplace
Had some trailing cables across a walkway in the office which just wouldn’t do. So i got this to cover them up and make the place safe. the product is great! but the packaging is something to be desired. It comes rolled up so you can’t use it straightaway. I had to roll it up the other way and leave it for 24 hours before i could install it.

This does what it says, providing safety in work areas within the home. It appears to be robust, is highly visible and so easy to place without using adhesive or other fixing agents. I would thoroughly recommend!

This can handle significantly more than the narrower more common version of this cable cover.In my case I have a mains cable and a couple of fairly heavy speaker cables and it still lies flat on the floor.
