Excellent affordable cpu
I finally caved, after being on am4 since it came out I decided to build myself an am5 system.Decided to go with the 9700x and I am really impressed by it.It runs cool with an air cooler and performs great. Its tdp of 65w means it’s not consuming a lot of power but still gives you a powerful system.Overall I am glad I moved up to am5 especially with the 9700x as it gives me all I need at a reasonable price.

Fast, efficient and perfect for a new build
Picked this up in May to go into the PC build I did with my youngest daughter (fair’s fair, her sister had hers before). The Ryzen 7 9700X slotted straight into the AM5 board without fuss and has been rock solid ever since.Performance is superb – 8 cores and 16 threads make light work of everything we’ve thrown at it so far, from schoolwork to games. It boosts up quickly and stays cool, especially paired with a decent aftermarket cooler (worth noting this one doesn’t come with one in the box).Power efficiency is good too – 65W means it’s not guzzling power or generating loads of heat, which makes life easier when you’re aiming for a quiet build. All told, a fantastic CPU for the price bracket. Reliable, quick and future-proof enough that I don’t expect we’ll be touching it for years.

great product and price
as advertised a great product and at a great price, i was going to get the 9600x but i decided to to get the 8 core to future proof myself for another 3-5 years.

super , all round CPU
wow , great , mega fast CPU, using my pc without GPU at this moment, CPU can handle everything

Good Cpu
First off, this cpu isn’t half bad. When looking for good performance that can handle any game (with the right gpu) this cpu can be sufficient. It’s only when you compare this cpu to it’s predecessor and the x3ds that buying this cpu doesn’t make a lot of sense. When you take into account other cpus, like the Ryzen 7 7700X, priced at around 260 ish, buying this cpu doesn’t make a lot of sense. This is because, for the most part, straight out of the box the Ryzen 7 7700X (the predecessor) performs on average the same, if in some cases slightly better. At around 50ish gbp cheaper. Now, as far as I’m aware the whole reason why this cpu was actually released was beacause of the negative reviews AMD recieved for the 7000s series being so hot. This cpu does keep it cool, drawing only 65 W from straight out of the box, which matches the performance of the 7700X.Now, there is a feature that enables you to draw more power to the cpu, if you enable the pbo option in the BIOS. When you do this, the cpu performs (I think around 10-15% better) then it originally did. This is good as it gives it a significant performance increase, which (I think) outperforms it’s predeccesor. However, this does make the cpu run hotter, maybe not as hot as the Ryzen 7 7700X, but still in the mid 70s to the mid 80s (from what I’ve tested – Cinebench r24).Now should you buy this cpu?If the price stays at around 300 gpb, then personally, unless you use the feature that enables more power to be drawn, then I’d stick with the Ryzen 7 7700X as you’re getting roughly the same performance for cheaper. (You would have to do a bit more research into the performance difference after you draw more power, compared to the Ryzen 7 7700X). If the price drops to the same price as the 7700X, then I’d say go for it, it’s all around a good cpu and it’s more efficient in power and core usage (I think) for a decent price. If you wanted to gain the best performance (exluding the 9800x3d, if you can find one then I’d get one of those instead lol) then I’d say spend the extra 100gpb ish and get the 7800x3d, it also has the 3d cache which will help future proof your system. In conclusion, this is a good cpu but I don’t think it’s particularly good value, as you can definetly find better deals on the 7700X and the 7800x3d, which perform the same or better in games, but all round, this cpu is good and does perform well (it just doesn’t really fit in).EXTRA: I’ve also read that the RAM speed compatibility on this cpu is better than the 7700X, as overclocking your speeds is more stable when using the 9700X, which can be useful for many reasons.

Great
Performant under load, exactly as expected.

Unbelievable performance for the price
Ignore the neysayers this is a beast of a CPU for the money. Many expert reviewers pumped out negativity early on and it’s stuck, but I’m here to tell you they’re wrong. With just a little tweaking (less than 5 minutes) I’ve got this benching at 902 single core and 9225 multi core on CPU-Z bench tool. Thats comparable or better than a stock Ryzen 9 9950x at £500, and on a cheap air cooler too. Look up a video on YouTube titled “5 minutes over clock: Ryzen 7 9700x” to see how but it really is not difficult. I paired this processor with the MSI Gaming Plus B650 motherboard, and 2*16GB Lexar Ares Gen 2 DDR5 RAM.Again, ignore the doubters who bang on about 7800X3D, it’s power hungry and heats like a furnace. 5 stars

Good CPU with a reasonable price
This is a nice mid range budget CPU if you want something with a bit more grunt than the 9600X, a good upgrade over Zen 4 and has some overclocking potential, don’t forget to enable PBO in Ryzen master or BIOS, I use a temperature limit of 75c, +100MHz boost override, PBO scaler 10x and all core curve optimizer offset of -20, I get a sustained boost clock of 5250MHz with 126W PPT with air cooling in Cinebench R23.

Buen procesador , barato y potente

A get just 3-5 less then the 9800X3D in Pathtraced games and in Last of US 2 i got 18 fps more and 28fps more with PBO enabled. This CPU saved me 2300 SEK by switching from the X3D and still I have an RTX5080.

In sintesi: veloce, affidabile e ben ottimizzato.

İlk seçtiğim adres iş yerimdi saat 8 kadar bekledim adres değişikliği girdim. Sonra ben kargo firmasından ilk arayan arkadaş evine geçerken kargomu bıraktı. O kardeşimin motorun tekerine taş değmesin ürünün kalitesi ortada zaten bir şey demeye gerek yok. Kolay gelsin kargodan kargomu getiren arkadaşa tekrar teşekkür ediyorum.
