Arrived promptly, no damage. Unfortunately it did not work with our 2024 Tesla Highlander Model 3. Received money back quickly no problem issues

The flash drive works as described, silently going about its business without much fuss. If your vehicle is new, check the glovebox to make sure you don’t already have one from the factory. I was told I needed to buy one and I actually had one already installed.
This drive works as I expected. The drive is pretty fast but it is nothing that is too special. It does not have any extra special features. Honestly you could get another 3.1 drive and get something faster. The only thing you need to do is format to the appropriate format so it can be read by the drive. Regardless, the drive is pretty fast for a 3.0 drive. It is a pretty much plug and play drive so you do not have to worry about it not detecting on the tesla. I plugged this into the tesla and it works without issue. I am able to store several videos and pictures. It does stick out though being a big thumb drive. I do wish the drive was a bit small so it did not stick out like a sore thumb. Regardless, the outside design is very simple. It is just a black USB drive. Again I wish it was at least a 3.1 drive but I do not think the drive on the tesla would support the speed. It does have a hook so you can put a lanyard or wrist band on this but I do not really see a need considering it will always be plugged into my tesla. The drive did not have any issues with not reading or corrupting the file. Overall I think this drive is a bit overpriced for what you get. It is just a 3.0 drive formatted to be read on a tesla. It is not hard to format any drive so you could actually save and have a more compact USB drive. It is a bit long and sticks out. It does not overheat or anything. Also it stores the files safely and without corrupting the files.
The drive worked fine for about 3-months. Then it became full and I could not do naything with it. I tried to format it in my car and it would not work. I tried to read the files from my car and it would not work. I brought it into my desk top computer and tried to format but my computer could not read the drive. So now it does not record anything from my car and I am unable to read any of the information or see photos from the drive. I thought “you pay for what you get” so I decided to spend a little more and hopefully it would work. Not so. Don’t wast your money.
