Length and diameter of the studs = each stud is 24mm. The post width with studs is 119mm
To achieve maximum security this post should be concreted in place so that the bottom of the hinge is just above the ground. The post will not be effective if installed on loose or unstable ground.
This post is not designed to be relocated once installed. Consider location carefully and be aware of concealed pipes and cables before starting installation.

Cheap but ok
Seems ok but I am not sure how string it would be if towed out the ground by a car as it isn’t deep into the ground but it’s cheap
Decent bit of kit for the price
Easy to install, required a bit of digging out of the drive but it was not a problem. You don’t need a great deep hole. Once in place got some quick drying concrete.Despite not being very deep in the ground its very sturdy.Even the provided padlock is good.I have it at the rear of our camper van to deter thieves. It even prevents the rear doors being opened as its quite tall.Overall very pleased and looks the part!
Fitted two of em good product
Very good heavier than I thought it would be . which is a plus . fitting instructionsComprehensive fitted and left for a day for concrete to harden barrier fitted padlock fitted . Next day I hope it’s never tested. A good functional product by maypole recommended by me
Solid and good value
Appears a solid piece of kit. Will act as a deterrant but doubt it will stop a determined thief.
Great! Strong fixing into Concrete
Very happy with this post. It’s good thickness large square tube with a great base that sinks into a concrete base 30-40cm deep. Just the job
Unfit for purpose
Given one star because the flap which lifts up, has broken, and this is vital because it connects the part which is sunk into the ground and the post itself.This means I cannot lock the post which renders it absolutely useless.

Give some security
Great but must be well concreted in I added some bolts through the corners of the plate to add more grip to the concrete….Easy to remove and replace to move vehicles good quality
