Its not often I’m actually happy with mechanical parts, mainly because I’m a techie and not the greatest at mechanics. I watched a short video on utube on how to install headlights on my truck, 1998 Dodge Ram 1500, and then set to task. Minor cut and 45 minutes later, I had both of them installed and they look great. Just an fyi, the signal light is attatched to the headlight by a small bit of glue and screw, with a slide. The first one went in very easy but the second one I had to do some wiggling and the two seperated and I freaked out and ran in and did a return. Afterwards, having calmed down, I grabbed the super glue and decided I still had to use them until a replacement came. As I was getting ready to glue it I saw it was not broken, instead it had just come unattatched via the slide. After that, it was a no brainer. I saw a few comments about them leaking, although I didn’t see how that could be possible, I sealed all the edges with automotive silicone just in case. I definately would buy these again.
These came broken and I ended up having to use the housing from my old lights just so I could use the dark lenses. Wasn’t impressed but I’ve had issues with DNA products before.
These lights are amazing!! They fit and throw an even light pattern. Definitely worth the money.
I bought these for my 98 ram , got to put them in today , they fit perfect they look great , using them with LED 9004 bulbs. Light Output is great, easy to aim. Hopefully they will stay UV resistant time will tell.Thanks
Poorly made. Units had cracks that they covered with black marker. Spots don’t even have any seal at all.
