Very informative
I purchased this as I urgently needed to have a basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics for a job interview I was attending. This did the job perfectly, which was rather impressive considering I had never heard of Microsoft Dynamics previously. The book was informative without being overly confusing, I didn’t find the tone of the book to be patronising but rather sympathetic!I wouldn’t recommend this for people who are already familiar with the software but it is an excellent starting point for those of us who haven’t encountered Microsoft Dynamics before.

Easy to use
This is quite easy to use and understand. However, its not the current version. There are self help tutorial guides on Youtube!

User friendly!
Great book, even if you are an advanced user of CRM it is helpful for brushing up and full of great ideas.

Amazon Customer

Good book to help you if your not familiar with CRM not the easiest program to use. I’m not a computer guy but because I used the old system more than the others I was made administrator.

Great Product!

I love Dummies books for the simple fact that they are structured to inform the uniformed. They speak a common language without getting to heavy. After reading a dummies book on any subject I feel that I am ready to move on to more language heavy books of the same subject. This book is no different. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants a desk reference, a refresher, or someone who is just getting started.

This is a very basic review of CRM 4.0 and probably good for beginners. The problem is that it doesn’t go into much detail in terms of HOW to do some of the cool stuff CRM 4.0 can do. More instructions and some workflow examples would have been highly beneficial! I recommend Richard Knudson’s book, Building Workflows in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, Second Edition instead. […]

Very basic, gives a good overview of the application. Not what I needed though — really was looking for how to write reports. This book only gives a very slight overview.
