Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a Thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display.
There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable.
What if my laptop doesn’t have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )
You may need a (mini)DP to HDMI adapter for connection.
What should I do if my monitor flickers?
Please make sure you’re powering the monitor by the original wall charger we provided in the package.
How do I connect my iPhone to the monitor?
1. iPhone 15 and 16 series(excluding iPhone 16e) work with the monitor by the original USB-C cable
2. iPhone with a Lightning port will need an Apple Lightning Digital AV Adapter

My Android phone has a USB-C port, does this monitor work with my phone/tablet by the original USB-C to USB-C cable?
Only some Samsung phones(S8/S9/S10/S20/S21/S22series; Note8/9/10/20series; Galaxy Fold, Z Fold 2/3/4) work with the monitor by the original USB-C cable. Others need an HDTV cable to work.

Great portable monitor
Came well packaged and protected, worked straight out of the box without any trouble. A useful monitor that gives me a useable sized second monitor to use with my laptop or desktop PC when I need it for certain work, but can be easily put away when not required. The display is a little dull and dim straight out of the box but brightens up nicely when adjusted correctly using the control buttons. The only downside is that these settings don’t seem to get saved, so you have to change the settings each time you plug it in (unless there is some way of saving that I have missed?) – UPDATE Cocopar came back to me very quickly and explained what I was doing wrong, so the settings are now saved when the monitor is disconnected.
Great monitor made even better by the included accessories
The monitor itself was well packaged. Whilst initially dim, it seems that the factory setting is low and it was easy enough to turn it up to a useable brightness using the side buttons whilst remaining well within its maximum. Sound, whilst not essential for me, is also fairly decent considering this is a portable monitor. Again, factory setting is low but turning it up is as simple as the brightness. I’ve used it connected to my laptop using USB-C – the laptop could provide enough power, but having the AC adaptor is useful (e.g., if using HDMI). The in-built stand is functional, and the monitor itself is fairly light. Picture quality is decent – note that, when initially connected, the setting was for 75Hz (to minimise power consumption) although it’s easy to change this on the laptop settings to 100Hz (or down to 50Hz if you really need to). 18.5in really makes a difference vs 16in for spreadsheets etc. yet it still fits into a laptop bag – anything larger won’t. Personally I think it was great value for money – whilst not quite the cheapest of this size, the included carry case and adaptor more than make up for that so, as a package, this is the best value for money – competing even with smaller screens. Very happy with it thus far for my intended use of working in a shared office space where I can’t leave anything. Would definitely recommend
Lightweight and travel friendly monitor
I needed a light weight screen which fits in cabin baggage due to frequent travelling. I have purchased and used it for a couple of weeks with no issue yet. I use it for remote working and the screen size and functionality is what I needed, sound is not great but for such a light monitor is acceptable. I contacted customer support for guidance on how to resolve the issue of no video signal when connecting through a hub. I received a call shortly with helpful explanations.

High Resolution Monitor
This product is excellent — the screen is crystal clear and high-resolution, and it comes in a beautifully designed, luxurious faux fur-lined travel case. The customer service was also outstanding: helpful, efficient, and hassle-free. I was so impressed that I ordered a second monitor after receiving this one.I would suggest that if you have an older monitor, you will need to purchase an adapater.
Quality Portable Monitor
Fantastic Portable monitor, super easy to set up, great value for money and the quality of the screen display is absolutely awesome, very sharp. Can be connected with the leads supplied which are great quality too and i like the fact all of the screen settings can be adjusted to suit individuals. 100% worth the investment.
Great looking and feeling portable monitor
Only just got the monitor but it looks great and feels real well built. So easy to use, just plugged it in with the USB C cable included and it fired up no problems at all. Using it for work as a screen extension. Documents and images move smoothly between the laptop and the screen. It’s also a good size. Weight wise I think it’s fine given the screen size, and the stand seems secure and well built. Comes with a protective carry case that’s also good quality. All in all very happy.
Great monitor, very practical!
Very happy with the portable monitor. I have been using it when working away, In hotels and this works very well. 15.6 inch is a good size, quality of the image is excellent. Fit in the laptop bag without issue.

After looking through many portable monitors, I finally ordered this 15.6″ Cocopar and I feel I’ve made a good decision. Some things I liked are:- Narrow bezel- The kick stand is a great-to-have. It is built sturdily and comes with built-in rubber under pads to avoid slippage.- Both the screen protectors are of good quality. You have to be very careful when applying or bubbles will remain due to specks of dust. One way to avoid this is to apply the protectors in a room free of dust particles – like a bathroom soon after showering. I know this has helped me in the past and with this screen too.- Cables that come out of the box are probably all you will ever need. In my case, I ordered a HDMI-mini to HDMI female convertor to connect my Raspberry Pi Zero. Apple users will need a lightning to digital AV adapter if an iPhone needs to be connected.- The padded carrying case is of very good quality. It has a big pocket to carry all your cables as well.- The display is matte finished so there is almost no reflection or glare.Some things I wish were better:- Color profile is good but not great- Sound output is averageOverall it is an affordable, high quality portable monitor. Highly recommended!
